A veteran civil engineer with over 40 years of extensive experience in the engineering consultancy field. Eng. Kuyonza holds a Master of Science degree in Construction Management and has led numerous high-profile infrastructure projects across Tanzania.

His expertise spans structural engineering, highway design, and project management. Under his leadership, Kuyonza Kini Consulting Engineers has established itself as a trusted partner for complex engineering projects, delivering innovative solutions that meet international standards while addressing local needs.

Dr. Lulyritha Kini is a co-founder of the company and a highly accomplished medical professional with extensive leadership and administrative experience. She currently serves as the Vice Principal and Head of the Dermatology Department at the Regional Dermatology Training Centre (RDTC), a specialized institute under the Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center (KCMC)—one of Tanzania's leading referral hospitals and medical training institutions.

With over a decade of experience in clinical practice, academic leadership, and healthcare administration, Dr. Kini brings exceptional organizational oversight, governance expertise, and strategic planning skills to the company. In her current role, she oversees departmental operations, postgraduate and undergraduate training programs, and institutional coordination at both departmental and college levels.

Dr. Kini holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a Master of Medicine in Dermatology and Venereology from Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College, and has completed advanced international fellowships in Dermatopathology in Germany and Switzerland. Beyond her clinical credentials, she has led multidisciplinary teams, managed budgets, coordinated international training programs, and contributed to numerous peer-reviewed medical publications.

Her strong background in administration, leadership, compliance, and institutional management is a critical asset to the company's growth, governance, and long-term success. As Co-Founder, she plays a key role in strategic decision-making, organizational development, and ensuring professional excellence across all operations.
